Today I took over the General Chat forum. While everybody in the Northern Hemisphere was in the land of Nod, I stole in and posted on all of the items listed on the front page. To see my name up in lights was a real buzz. Every time someone posted a comment, I went straight back and re posted. What a bastard. But this power is corrupting me. The more I post, the more I want to see my name on the screen. I can't let anyone post. I can see this becoming a real chore. as I blog here, I'm constantly switching back to make sure that I'm not usurped. I'll fight them on the beaches, in the air, in the fields, on the sea, on the cricket pitch and across the chess board, but I'll never give in. As that woman said in Gone With The Wind. "I'll never be hungry again." (I think it was Scarlet.) Did Rhett give it to her? Can't remember. And what has "I'll never be hungry again" got to do with domination of the of the General Chat forum? Buggered if I know. Maybe it has something to do with hunger. World domination the job of a well fed man. Jesus, I shouldn't have given that away. Forget I mentioned World Domination.
