Yep, they really do. He seems intent on turning me asking a question into something, which is a bit odd.
All ****s aside, except for the Allams (they'll always be ****s), reading this chronologically I can't see anything but Bummers asking a reasonable question & accepting the response.
These are also the same people whose qualifications to buy us I investigated last year through my long-time friend Gillem Tulloch of HK based GMT Research, the leading brokerage firm specializing in balance sheet analysis of HK/China public companies. At the time Gillem reported that he had never heard of these people and could find no HK listing for them. Now that the principals have been arrested for corruption his warnings appear well founded. Caveat Emptor Allams when dealing with fraudulent HK "Pink Sheet" asset appraiser scams !!!
Yes I remember, lodged their intention to the Hong Kong stock market, but as you say nothing seemed to develop further.
I know we're all desperate for new owners, however, they have to be the right owners otherwise we'll be in the same mess we are in now.
To be fair, the Allams never said a word about any offer from this mob, it looked iffy from the start.
It often reminds me of that Monty Python sketch, 'Are you here for the 5 minute argument or the full half hour?' (Except these on here last much longer).
