MES insisted the only way The Fall would play the show was if Holland agreed not to attempt to play along with their stuff.

The worst part is he thinks he can sing. He's awful.

The Royal Ballet will officially reopen Hull New Theatre following the venue’s £16m rebuild.

The title of the event is 'Opening the New' and it will take place on Saturday, September 16, will be a huge day of celebration.

It will culminate with an exhilarating evening of classical and contemporary dance, specially curated by The Royal Ballet's Hull-born director Kevin O'Hare.

Marking The Royal Ballet's first performance in Hull for 30 years, the evening will feature performances by some of the finest dancers in the world.

The programme will include excerpts from Swan Lake and Romeo and Juliet and works by The Royal Ballet's associated choreographers, the internationally renowned Wayne McGregor and Christopher Wheeldon.

As well as the performance inside Hull New Theatre, there will be a live screening in Queens Gardens which will accommodate 5,000 people.

I had the job of ordering tickets for OCS at Zebedee's.

It appears I didn't order enough.

If anyone has or hears of anybody with a spare could you please PM me.

    Kind regards
    SCB

    PS. It wasn't my fault.

Or Sophie Ellis bextor. Though she's strangely attractive.
And if her mam goes I'm definitely going.

Apparently, they were available at a good price, and they're being used to pull people in. The promoter took a bit of a hit on this event last year.

It's his own stuff, like Dylan.
Good to hear from you anyway Polly.

You can't mention Dylan and Mark E Smith in the same COUNTY, never mind the same sentence!

Yeah, it's been a while. Been busy as hell, and my football radar generally shuts down the minute the season ends, only starting up again at 3.00pm on the first day of the new season!

    Exactly.

As if the 'best' singers and the 'best' musicians always make the 'best' music.

If it's about being a great singer, might as well just buy the X Factor contestants each year.

SFG, Red Hot Chilli Pipers and S Ellis B at a folk festival though? Pretty embarrasing even if the promoter took a hit.

Reckon SEB's going to do that 'Murder on the Dancefloor' ****e DADGAD?
