You really couldn't make this up..on the wires this morning. Spoons boss Tim Martin, staunch Brexitard is whining that you can't get the staff these days. He is asking Tubs to import more EU workers to serve cheap, pints to the great unwashed who comprise his low life customer base.

Like I give a **** about Tim Martin and his pubs when I'm lying on the beach here in the Caribbean. Anyway, my helicopter will be here to take me to another island shortly. You peasants.

I've just had a delicious brunch of a banana, a pear, toast with potted crab and then a pikelet with lots of butter and Marmite. Now I'm going to have a strong black coffee and a few chocolate bourbons <ok>

To keep this post on-topic, I'll add 'I hope Tony Blair dies a slow and painful death'

Did you know that a penguin biscuit is seemingly just a bourbon biscuit covered in chocolate?

You have a point, but Penguins are grim. Far too sweet.

Desperate Labour only have three more years to try and keep peddling feeble Tory Sleaze stories. We know that Labour does not pass the smell test – it is rancid.

Anybody can go on Companies House website and start a limited company, do something as a limited company and then wind the company up. I did it myself for tax avoidance purposes. Lots of Leftie luvvies even do it. Lots of the highest paid people at the BBC do it: Gary Lineker presents MOTD and BT Sport through a service company Gary Lineker Media.

A bit of a dilemma for crazed Lefties this one.

Wetherspoons, their favourite watering hole (they will probably hold a committee to decide what to do about you referring to them as ‘low life’), wanting to bring in foreign peasants to work behind the bar rather than hire British Marxists on minimum wage. Something about this does not ring true.

Your misinterpretation of the actual story suggests that you did not read anything but a headline, so you really did make it up. Martin’s actual complaint was that the UK points-based visa system for overseas workers does not give preferential treatment to EU workers because they are geographically nearer. So an Australian wanting to work in a bar in Earl’s Court is equal to a Portuguese wanting to work in a hotel in Newquay. He has no staff shortage at Wetherspoons and the ‘low life customer base’ were queuing to get in one of the local ones on Monday.
