Hi all, Hope this doesn't come across as a Leeds wum but I've started writing for a couple of sports betting sites and thought it would be good to hear anyone's tips. A couple of sites I've started writing for: http://www.thatsagoal.com/the-three-best-bets-for-the-new-championship-season/ http://www.backtheoutsider.com The second link there is a bit of a mish-mash of mine and others' tips but any opinions always appreciated
Thanks for sharing this. Always good to see well written think pieces justifying a punt. As far as relegation is concerned I fancy a team from West London at double figures. Sacking Warburton was a pretty seismic thing to do and I think Brentford could pay the price this season. 14s is massive.
It is but I trust Benham, the owner, and his way of doing things. I've not worked for him but for one of his competitors and it's fascinating the way they've gone about it with the new manager and signings. There's a market for top London side for which they're slight faves followed by QPR but Fulham seem to be buying well and are around 7/2 I think. Think Charlton are the only other in the betting.
Yes very few London / local teams in there this year. For you lot, whilst much depends on who else goes I don't buy into some of the doom and gloom. Most of the dead wood / alleged bad eggs have gone so I reckon you'll be a threat. I'm saying nothing about our chances other than you have to try and enjoy it and hope for the best...
Complete 50:50 for me whether you stay up or not. Enough **** teams to finish above for sure if you start ok. Opening fixtures look winnable from memory.
