It seems a lifetime away that I was last doing a blog entry and I was seriously talking about whether Pulis should remain as manager next season. At the time we were playing very poorly and the football was pretty awful to watch in all honesty, 6 weeks on and things couldn't be any more different.

Well this is a week that many Stokies will try to forget but I doubt will manage to in a hurry. Results didn't go our way last weekend, so a confidence boosting performance and victory was needed to assuage fears some Stoke fans would have had of relegation. We got neither. What we got was 90 plus minutes of torture and very nearly defeat, if it wasn't for a brilliant performance by Asmir Begovic, pulling off save after save. Let me make this clear I am a massive fan of Tony Pulis. He has done a magnificent job over the years for us, but I am starting to get incredibly inpatient with him lately. His treatment and then the almost inevitable sale of Tuncay was a disgrace, he'll say he couldn't find a way of putting him into the team, the truth of the matter is he never really gave Tuncay a chance, he gave a few games here and there but his favourites, i.e. Fuller and Sidibe got played instead.
