Some say he can annoy, some say that I am a lot of joy, but what I know is that discussion is the greatest joy
It is that time again, where the teams find out who they will get, Gillingham are through it is so great to get to this point.
There is many good factors of the Fa Cup third round, not just that you can play teams like Man Utd, Man City, Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle, but also it can create a good pay day for the club.
Gillingham and the season so far
So where do we start we are now 19 games into the season and we sit in 7th place, you can decide if we are on target, my belief is that we could be in a much better place than where we currently are, I think that we should have picked up around 6 points more which would mean we would be only a small margin off the automatic promotion places.
So why are we not there?
I think the problem lies with the defence, I don’t think Fish is up to the standard,
Players and there respect for there football club will be one thing a lot of people will be talking about. It is important that players respect there clubs as this is how they have made there fortune. There is many footballers I can think of who don't have any respect at all for there club or manager and Carlos Tevez is one of them,
It angers me that all you have to do is do what they say, a contract is a contract and in "the real world" if you break a contract you have to pay
There has been a lot of talk about players using twitter and getting themselves in trouble, I don't know what other people think about it but I think I have to agree with what others are saying and that is that What is going on in the football club and what is said in the dressing room and the club should stay in the club, I think some players should stop sharing so much about the futures of there time at there club as this is stuff that they should not share, I don't know how many people share
