Hope you're right
While we're here I have looked at some of these Tilke-dromes and figured out Tilkes secret recipe!
1. Design a medium-to-long pit straight.
2. Add another very long straight.
3. Add a final straight, short-to-medium in length.
4. Design anywhere from 4 to 7 45-degree degree turns. Place most of them at the ends of the straights.
5. Add one concertina effect corner.
6. Add several chicanes and slight twisty bits devoid
I don't think the quote came from him, it says it came from someone close to him, so you'd have to assume it's one of fullers cronies. That guy will do anything for media time. He's like a poor mans simon cowell.
I doubt the RB7's excellence is solely down to the effectiveness of their off-throttle blowing. Lotus Renault allegedly blow much harder than Red Bull but the R31 wasn't designed by Newey.
It's also not strictly a question of who'll benefit from this since they'll all lose out. It's just a matter of how much of any advantage they have over their competitors that they'll lose, chiefly whether it will reduce Red Bull's qualifying advantage. In reality if Vettel gets pole by one tenth
Ferrari will profit because their system does not work as efficiently as the RBR and McLaren systems, meaning that the best alonso can hope to achieve in quali on a track that suits all cars is about 5th position. Starting 5th gives you a chance at being hindered by fast starting midfield cars e.g. the renaults. Mr Todt is attempting to get Mr. Alonso (he couldn't care less about massa) further up the grid, to stop him being engulfed by the pack in the run to the 1st corner.
Mr Todts evil plans to assist Ferrari are becoming rather too obvious. We all know this EBD ban is targeted at RBR Renault and Vodafone Mclaren Mercedes. Just because the Spaghetti boys can't figure out a decent system on their own, they need Ferrari International Assistance (again).
I find it funny that the reasoning behind the ban is that Red Bull are too "competitive". It's been plain to see, that at the last 3 races, Mclaren have been equal, if not better, and
