Well if you are following the bumper streak then the one tomorrow simply has to be GOLDEN JEFFREY 11/8 Ayr 5.15, unimaginative but I cant see past it.

In the opener at Plumpton the Nassau Board each way punt to nothing has to be on ARGYLLE 11/2 for the 2.00, he was useful on the flat and can definitely improve over hurdles enough to give the 1/3 jolly a run for his money. With the yard in super form he looks worth a punt!

    16:35 Plumpton - Simply Blessed

(This is a shocker of a race and the recent form of selection is awful, but in this marathon slog in the mud the mare at least has a chance on breeding, as she is bred to stay double this distance? Headgear on for the first time. Excellent young jockey on board. Sporting punt at 10/3 with Willy Hill, and if I'm still in a trance later on, will put a bit more on at SP - <doh>).

P.S. Was busy yesterday (daughter and son-in-law moving house today) so belated congratulations to Stick on another extraordinary bumper day! Now why in hell didn't I have a fat double? :emoticon-0101-sadsm

Saroque. 4.05 Plumpton. Not too keen on the fav, this race might come a bit too soon in these conditions. I backed the selection lto at Bangor, and didn't seem to have a hard race. Same jockey today, who seems capable enough, and might be good enough in this ameteurs event with conditions to suit.

Bagging Turf. 2.35 Plumpton. Likes the trip and has won on heavy. Looked progressive before falling lto, and the addition of first time cheekpieces may help him get around safely and bag the goodies!

Grand Meister. 4.35 Wolv. Looks like the favourite has been backed with defeat out of the question. Think this one needs a second look as an e/w alternative. On a workable mark, seems to have decent form at this trip as opposed to the 2 miles he's been contesting lately and Jason Hart takes over in the plate today.

    Good luck to all!

    Afternoon all
After yesterdays poor show (although I didnt lose on the odds i taken earlydoors) i have decided not to post tight odds bets like yesterday. They will be mentioned but no pts betting system as they are backed in or have no value to me at the point of posting.
    Ayr
210 well joey (halfed in price)
    245 rioja day 7/1 2pts win
315 cowslip 10/1 half point ew
345 kilbreechief 6/1 2pts win lost against the fav lto but kilbreechief seems to carry the weight better than the well weighted fav
415 chidswell (started as is poor odds)

Wolvy 2.20-Gabriel the Thug(what a beautiful name for horsey) dropped back into class six. If he gets a decent passage through the race he'll be tough to beat.11/4 win.
