Watched the 2nd half. Cambridge lived a very charmed life but could have snatched it at the end. I just hope they don't go down to a cricket score in the replay. LONG LIVE THE MAGIC OF THE FA CUP
According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United have told season ticket holders they will be banned from the Premier League match against Sunderland on 28 February if they do not buy a ticket for next Tuesday's FA Cup replay against Cambridge United. Who do the people running Manure think they are ???
Unfortunately they have that covered in their terms & conditions. Quite an appalling way to treat their "customers" - still all the time they can get away with it.................
Add the price of the ticket to the petrol money from East Anglia or Cornwall and it makes being a united fan very expensive
Wow !! Yakubu has signed for Reading on a free. Why didn't Awfs go for him ? . Imagine him alongside Matt Tubbs
There was a report in a paper (yeh I know it was only the Daily Star but even they must get some things right once in a while) that Harry Redknap had been invited to join a Consortium to buy a South Coast club. Plymouth were mentioned (cue Jaws music). Now the chances are it's a load of b'lox but I've asked my co-horts the question would they want Harry to join us in Janner Land if by some stretch of imagination this turned out to be right. You chaps have some experience of Harry. If you want to offer advice then feel free to join in with a comment or two over the other side. Not SB3 as there is no way he could get in anything about Scummers so wouldn't know what to write........actually I take that back as they are on the South Coast so could be involved as the club in question. Not.
Just read on the BBC Sports site that there is a video doing the rounds of a couple having sex in the centre circle of Charlton Athletic's football pitch ! Tell you what, that kind of half - time entertainment could catch on..........
Nah, it would be the first prize in the half time raffle along with a pie and bovril after...still 919.
Very droll Woops - hopefully he will be remembered for his time at Liverpool fondly and that brain snap doesn't sour peoples memories of him.
So why no thread on the exciting news that Pompey have made a profit according to the latest accounts? And when are they going to spend some of their money? Instead of other people's!!
