Anyone watch the U21's last night?

Lost 4-1 but looked better than the result suggests.

Col Donaldson played, not seen him before didn't look to bad. players that looked good were Sutherland until he tired and started losing the ball and kicking free kicks straight down the keepers throat and looking for Holywood passes. (Watching Joey Barton to much) but early on he was steady. The lad who played on the right midfield looked lively and reminded me of a young Lee Cook was named Brandon Comely always looking to beat his man, only saw him cut inside once and wanted to cross the ball. Sadly we had no strikers available to get on the end of anything but that's another matter entirely.

Thank god for Brandon Comely. Application & Effort, a rare sight in the Hoops.

Caveat, the stream was cutting out horribly and all above could of had a horror show, we'll never know. It does seem as a club we are far to short in all areas up front.

Comely was on the bench for the first team last time out I think

 

He looks hungry, but not in a Tarrabt/Kranky way.

Sort of player who should get a run out when we are 2-0 up with 15 mins left..........if that ever happens again.
