    Who are you trying to kid? The only reason he'll be lowering his wage demands is that he's now had his contract paid up (perhaps albeit partially). There's clearly been negotiation going on, otherwise he'd have left weeks ago. He won't be losing out this year.

    Agreed but will probably get a three year contract with the wallies at 5k a week and maybe 250k payoff from us. Remember though he'll eventually have to sue us to get his lump

    I am a considerate bloke and I understand that at your age its possible to forget you live 12,000 miles from Bermondsey.....
    I would try to forget it to if I was in that situation.

    If its any consolation, Mike forgets to get dressed before he goes to town most days!
