His gang would hang him out to dry just for the craic. I think he might have been inviting you to catch up on modern day life as a Sunderland football fan, rather than trying to gang up on you!

I think you can have him back by the way - he never posts on our board so I don;t even know if he actually supports Sunderland!

I don't know if 65 years of continuous support entitles me to call myself a Sunderland supporter, maybe you have suffered a lot longer, let me know, you must wonder to yourself when you look around the Stadium of Light and see almost 50,000 people who are not Sunderland supporters inasmuch as they are not on your forum, maybe if you spell out the criteria for being entitled to call oneself a supporter and I will see if I can meet it , in the meantime enjoy your home from home facilities at the S.O.L that were denied me and a lot of others at Roker Park ( That is the ground that Sunderland used to play on )

Missed around 20 games in 15 seasons at Roker park (1981 first game when I was 6) so please don't bring that ****e to me on a Newcastle forum! Post on ours rather than theirs and you'll get more respect. If you went to Roker then good on you. Between 1987 and 1991 I missed 6 games home and away. You are a member of our forum yet you only post on the Newcastle one. I only occasionally come over here for a laugh (and because I simply like some of the lads that don't come on here)

So by the year 2046 you will know what it is to be a true supporter , if you can stay the course

Think we should start a Mackem Fight Club Thread providing a neutral location where they can come and have a go at each other. Better than watching Newcastle play at the moment.

Or maybe the Sunderland Board Refugees Thread - for those who have been driven off their own forum, a safe place where they can come and comment in peace, where beel will not be accepted. Sammy will be the moderator. After a few months on the thread they can apply to join the full board or can go back to their own board when its considered safe.
Of course there will be an acceptance test with various challenges:
    1) not to overeact when disqualified from The Headline Game and not expect to ever win
    2) not to post pictures of you and your family on an internet forum
    3) compliment Albert on his yellow chinos
    4) dont get your arse out in Fenwicks window
    5) accept Captain Chaos as a respected member of this forum despite some of his posts seemingly prepared while in an induced chemical haze

"In the red corner, wearing black shorts and red gloves, its the one, the only, Marcus Blackcat.

In the blue corner, wearing a day release pass and a nappy........"

OK you have asked the question so I will answer, I came onto the Newcastle forum a long time ago and would check both forums, I have almost always been critical of N.U.F.C and praising Sunderland, in that time I have received criticism but very rarely abuse, I wish I could say the same of the Sunderland supporters, ask yourself, if a Newcastle supporter were to come on to the Sunderland forum, with similar views, would he be given the leeway that I have been given on this board , I think not.

We can all vouch for that Marcus. He is a twxt of the highest order. He drives us to exasperation with his carefully crafted insults and scathing wit. I have no doubt Fredor is the better Sunderland supporter - after all he has supported them for 65 years, starting when he turned 50.

To be fair to you fredor, you do take it as well as you dish it out.. You've had your fair share of abuse as well as criticism - but I think you know the vast majority is tongue in cheek, and you seem to take it well.

    You're still a twat though :)

Nah - its just Marcus & Commachio vs Fredor. Should all settle down shortly when Fredor goes for his morning bed bath and nap.

I know you did. Sounds like something happened as Guardian is reporting Saturday is Coloccini's final chance at captaincy:
    http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/nov/26/fabricio-coloccini-newcastle-steve-mcclaren-training
Good job as well - its been pretty dire the last couple of games.
The Handicap Match is going nowhere - Fredor and Marcus are just too nice! Need Marcus to tag out for Commachio.
