He's up to his 75% off sticker in shady shenanigans with Mr Green. I think King is hoping he disne need to repay that loan. Even if he does get his dough back he still has a fair wacky of shares and a retail deal to die for. Canny see him getting out of Scotland any time soon. Unless he gets sent to the scrubs of course.
This Notice (as reported above) concerns AGM resolutions 9, 10 & 11 and Ashley's attempt to block them in Court. He failed on 9 & 10 but was successful with Resolution 11.
