    Phil Hay says Cellino is running rings round the football leagues owners and directors test. Could this be to do with a link between Bates/Harvey and Cellino?.

    Maybe. Don't see why though, they sold to GFH (even though they didn't have the money to run the club).

    Think by the time Bates sold up, his back was really to the wall. He had borrowed against almost anything he could for next few seasons so he knew we were ****ed and he wasnt going to plough any of his personal money into the club. He was only interested in taking money out. No surprise so that he sold to gfh, hed have sold to anyone at that point I suspect. Having said that, I believe GFH are actually worse than Bates if thats possible

    Course he was, with his private jet paid for by the club and the millions of pounds he milked from the club into his Monaco bank account, he was more than ok
