The Chairboys travel to South Yorkshire for their first ever visit to the Keepmoat Stadium for a top v bottom encounter and one that will have all Chairboys shaking in their boots when you look at this seasons stats, Donny are unbeaten at home winning 5 and drawing 2 while the Chairboys haven't won on the road loosing 5 and drawing 2 but having said that we have an unbeaten record against Donny albeit in only 3 meeting so to get anything out of this game will be our best result of the season. GA has no new injury worries but no time scale has been given for Paul Hayes return and with Southwell still weeks away from returning we will need the Beast to be a lot better than last week when the Bees centre back pairing had him in their pocket (bloody big pockets) It was good to see O'Nien on the bench but he will be weeks away from starting but lets hope Bean makes an appearance Weston misses out after unluckily picking up 2 yellows. Who knows what Wycombe will turn up this weekend but one ting is for sure they will need to score more than one to get anything out of this one we can only hope that miracles happen
Keep it down to losing 2-0 will be a good result, not been to Forest Green but it looks like that will change next season,Ainsworth please f*ck off,we serve up **** for the fans and there's no way i will travel up from Somerset to watch **** football, if i want to see that i will watch Wells City in front of about 30 fans but at least they know they're ****
I dont really give us a chance tomorrow - long trip, dreadful away form and against one of the best sides and home forms in teh division. Normally if we play plymouth in that scenrio we'll win, but against anyone else im expecting defeat Id like to see kashket given a go, in place of just about anyone!
No doubt we were robbed by the ref on Saturday and who knows what might have happened had the goal not been disallowed. In this case the referee really was a ****er. However the team should have knuckled down as a result, not fizzle out. My concern here is that the team spirit seems to have dwindled. Whether this is due in part to (maybe) Pierre, having his heart/mind somewhere else, the Beast influence taking over the dressing room, absence of Hayes leadership on the pitch and/or missing O'Nien's technical ability, the team selection generally, or whatever; it needs to be sorted. The cup match against Portsmouth will give us a better idea of whether there still is any team spirit left. As for tomorrow, I'm afraid it will just provide more ammunition for the GA out brigade. Personally, I don't think that is the answer and, without being a fly on the wall in the dressing room and the board room, it's all guesswork and easy for people to blame it on the manager. If what I read about the Beast's tweets are true he might be a problem, if he isn't already
Stevenage and Exeter winning. Puts us at the foot of the table with only Newport below us; and even they are winning Oh dear, Conference looming. But is shows what a couple of wins/losses can do. We badly need a couple of wins asap.
