    We played you in 1992/93 season I think you were top of the Prem and we were bottom of the 1st Division (Now the Championship) and we came away with 1-1 draw and took you back to Twerton Park in Bath which was our home at the time, the game was on Sky and you ended up winning 3-0, the match was none as Big Ron against Big Mal (Malcolm Allison) and there was a lot of banter between both managers and it brought us some press coverage at the time.

    I remember Bristol Rovers from our Third Division days and the winger we signed from them, Ray Graydon.
    Bristol Rovers were one of the best teams in the Division then and the games were always open and entertaining.
