Hows that for balls out honesty from the toffees?
If you can't be arsed reading it, it is the club outlining their finances in plain english. How and why they took decisions they did.

Good to see them upfront as some fans can be critical of the board for not spending.
Looks like, if the board spent money on transfers, they'd go into admin.
It must be frustrating but, if I was an Everton fan, I'd rather have an Everton to support than some multi-million pound striker!
Are the Celtic board as transparent as this during AGM or do they need to be?
