Saints fan here, hoping for a better match than the last time we were on tv, in which we were truely dreadful. congrats on your recent form- pleased for hughton after the shocking way he was treated by newcastle. Anyway we are looking to get out of a rather bad patch, have added extra firepower but creating chances are not normally a problem, should be lambert and sharp starting, our midfield has quality but can be overwhelmed, wings are strong with either chaplow ( a central midfielder who has been a revelation since being used on the wings because of injuries, not silky smooth but has more energy than the duracell bunny, but is coming back from injury ( our bad form started when he got injured) or puncheon who is a pretty talented guy.On the left we have Lallana who may think is the best player in the league- but is coming back from injury. Both our fallbacks are better going forward than defending, in the middle should be Fonte and Martin - experienced and novice but a good pairing, we have a good keeper in Davis. We have a good crop of youngsters but i doubt if they will figure. should be a strong bench with more attacking options.
    what about the brum boys?
