Tevez named in updated 25 man squad

So, Tevez has been named in the revised 25 man squad selected after the January transfer window. Is this just to make up the numbers, or so he can't claim he's being forced out the side, or is there any chance of him playing again? Can he be forgiven and would any of you want to see him play for us again?

And if he does that and another player cannot be arsed to play the last 30 mins of a game because its cold where does it end?

I actually think RM is as much to blame as Tevez in this and have said it here before, he should not have kept him on the bench as long as he did, i think Tevez would have taken a couple of games on the bench as punishment but he kept benching him and it was the last straw, it is a shame as Tevez finally got his family to move here which was the reason he said he wanted to leave in the first place, it has all ended badly and its time for him to move on.

I think your manager's shown weakness here. Assuming the quotes are correct:

"Carlos is not an option at the moment but it is possible in the future if he comes back. I hope for him he has been training in the last three months to help his condition."

No way a strong manager would soften his stance like that. Maybe it's the realities of the modern game, but Mancini hasn't imposed himself on this situation.

This should never have been public in the first place and i said it that night. Mancini should have kept quiet and spoke with Carlos behind the scenes. Instead it became an out in the open "he said this" style argument.

But you have to back the manager in that sort of case. You can't do what happened to Scolari at Chelsea and what has been happening to AVB.

But at the same time if Carlos is willing to eat some humble pie and Mancini is willing to accept it then i'd welcome him back.

Whether Carlos comes back or not I don't care. However if he doses come back then we may have to give him a chancew of making the 1st team squad for match days. It will all depend on what is in his contract.

However what should happen is that the appeals board who is going to look into the dispute should tell Kia that they will not be looking into the dispute until Carlos comes back to England and stays here until the dispute is settled. Secondly if Tevez decides to stay in Argentina then the verdict should go to Man City as Carlos has failed to give his side of the dispute, and is subject to unlimitedfines and loss of wages + he also has to pay City and loss on the transfer fee as well, or the board will apply for him to be barred from playing anywhere esle in the world that comes under F.I.F.A. board members.

What Rooney done was really bad and he did disgrace the club and that was because of bad advises (which Sir Alex even said it ) but what Tevez done was 100 times worser, he disgraced your club, he took the piss out of your manager, he went to a different country without city's permission, If this happened with Sir Alex, Sir Alex would no way allow tevez back in the team ever again, Mancini is making it look like Tevez is bigger then him and don't even compare what happened between Rooney and united and city and Tevez because both of them were wrong
