I'd say that ours was actually the perfomance of the day and deserved a detailed analysis from the so-called experts.
Yeah right - Change our name to Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham and we might have a chance

Norwich are back in the bottom half of the Prem and if, as likely, Spurs beat them this evening then they can commence the nosedive we often see in the second half of the season.

By contrast, is it time for Town to find a new sense of purpose, bolster the squad in January and swap places with our feathered friends come May?

I'm not saying I agree with them. I'm just looking at it from their point of view, and I think Norwich are very low on their list of priorities. We're now into anonymous mid-table territory- if we take a big scalp, we'll be on early. If it's a 4-3 thriller, we'll be on early, otherwise no one will want to know. It's the relegation and title battles that matter to the pundits now. I think we should be happy in being under the radar, I don't need Anal Shearer and Mark Lackingsome to tell me how well we played yesterday

Apologies Rob. Just jumped on my hobby horse. In my book "Match of the Day" should mean what it says and the headline match should be the one of most intrinsic interest from a football perspective. The criteria the programmers use are all extrinsic to the matches themselves -- viewing figures, fan base, top or foot of table, and so on.
