The video is inconclusive and doesn't show the beginning of what Terry says also there is no audio and lip reading experts already can't be 100% sure whether JT says 'Black or Blind'.

Well, if that is going to be his defence, he is ****ed.

You would just say "I didn't say that" or simply "No I didn't". It makes no sense repeating the alleged insult. For a start, it might be taken out of, er, context.
