It's a bit of a dilemma for you, though, isn't it?

On the one hand, it will drive you mad should we go a massive 9 points ahead of you, but, on the other hand, you must want to keep as much distance between you and 'Pool as possible.

A draw might seem the best choice, but that presents you with a no-win scenario. We'll remain 7 points ahead of you, and 'Pool will be a point closer.

What result do you most want, tonight?

No doubts in my mind,liverpool to win,yes it will be very tight around the 4th spot but im happy to take that chance.

why don't the options state;

A) Do you care what the result is tonight?

B) A liverpool win because Spuds will now do their annual spiral to 6th place.

C) A draw because neither of the two teams have any class.

If we win, we put 9 points ahead of you, but it does help to consolidate your position in 4th.

If we lose, you will have gained a point on us, but Liverpool will have won one of their difficult games, and will be a mere 2 points behind you.

A draw might seem like the ideal choice, but it's little more than "sitting on the fence," because whilst we do not advance over you, neither does it help to consolidate your position in 4th.

It would be a real help if you could debate these points sensibly, rather than seek to belittle me and hurl insults at me, at every turn.
