Man utd do really miss him in Defence.

I'm sure Liverpool's first goal against Man utd in the FA cup and also many other cheap goals man utd conceded in his absent, im sure if Vidic was playing, we wouldn't be conceding goals like Liverpool's first goal against Man utd.

Vidic is arguably the best defender in the premier league. Man utd do miss him.

I'd also like to say in Liverpool's first goal against Man utd, everyone seems to be blaming De Gea but they are forgetting our defender's mistakes in that goal, They didn't give De Gea any space and its a bad defending from them too.

De Gea is going to be a great keeper in the future and we can see sign for that like against Chelsea his two superb saves. He just needs to improve on his handling and on corners.

Also he needs to bulk up too, once he Bulks up, he will be a great player for sure.

I know Ronaldo is a winger but take Ronaldo for an example, when he first came to united he was also a skinny boy but then he bulked up and became on of the worlds best players

No matter how much the media criticize him, we will always be supporting De Gea.

yeah i agree, Evans wasn't bad, he did make some great interceptions in games he played, im not saying the players who stepped up in vidic's place has been playing bad, im just saying at times we do miss Vidic in our defence because of his experience

It's more than just Vidic's ability that we are missing, it's his leadership. Sometimes I feel that we lack a leader on the pitch because noone really wants to take charge, even if its just in defence. I can't help but think that with Vidic in the side, he would let noone come near De Gea because he'd just knock everyone away and header it away. Not saying that our defenders aren't good, but it's something that the likes of Smalling, Jones and Evans need to develop is that presence that Vidic has well IMO.
