You remember the thread where we all forecast our final points total? My forecast was a conservative/realistic 95 points.
Since then we have played ten league matches and are 6 points up on my forecasts, so my forecast total is now 101 points.
Good thing I am not a gambling man as I have only got two results correct out of 10 (today's draw and the win at Exeter).

So we are on course to do either a "Wigan" or a "Luton". I wonder where we will be eight or nine seasons ahead? Maybe doing a "Brighton" and getting promoted from the third tier again?

Saw my Tranmere supporting neighbour when I got back last night and he's tearing his hair out.
The fact was though that once they'd scored it seemed like they could scarcely believe it and just didn't have the tools in the locker to go for a second.
With apologies to Tranmere fans and acknowledgment to Les Parry's undoubted skill, they are a completely anonymous team from which you can identify - McGurk, small and quick; Brunt, big and awkward and Goodison (great name for a footballer) longest dreads I've seen in a while - the rest are Spam Sketch players, playing the same shapes time after time. And this method will work, and they'll finish in comfortable mid-table indefinitely, but it must be eye-wateringly boring to watch week in, week out.
They must be desperate for Showunmi to come back.

Amazing to understand the varying fluctuation of fortunes of the teams mentioned in that list. Cant believe that it was only 7 years ago that Luton got promoted and look where they are now - and also look at the likes of Wigan,Swansea and Norwich now in the Prem, yet Plymouth,Luton struggling at the other end of the spectrum.
Still believe we will beat the 101 points .
We are on course to break all records !
