At the same time Ashley Young, who is also on a yellow card, is also trying to get the ball. Suarez gets to the ball first, clearly, Young dives over his leg. Suarez is red carded and Man Utd win a penalty. That bleak enough for everybody? Fills all the criteria, plus lets Two Man U players escape Red and places all the blame on Suarez (which is what the media want). Seriously though if that happens then... Well I don't know what.
Well it happened to Chelsea after going 3 up. Wellbeck tripping himself over and wins a penalty to make it 3 2. Even the first was very debatable, the united player was clearly looking to go down under any contact and positioned his body accordingly

Positioning is awful in almost every game, constantly gets in the way of play, his positioning Prevents passing options for attacking teams as he's ahead of the play in a central area. 4. He's made so many bad decisions his appointment is entirely political. He's Riley's boy and says yessir. Lastly if you wanted to give Man U the best chance f getting 3 points, it is clear Webb is the best referee to appoint, but that's just a coincidence.
