If the stories are true and the likes of Michu etc are called up for international duty ,then we could have a sizeable squad of current or potential international players ,
Vorm
Williams,
Chico.?
Davies.
Taylor
Ki,
De guzman ?
Michu. ?
Any thoughts ?

 

Would really like to see Michu get his chance. If he played in Spain he probably would have by now, sadly.

I'd be surprised if Chico played considering Spain have Pique, Ramos, Puyol, Albiol, Martinez etc who can play CB. San Jose has been good in recent seasons at Bilbao... and I wouldn't be shocked if Del Bosque gave Bartra a chance before any PL player (simply because he's getting games for Barca).

 

Normally I'd agree. But Chico had an excellent game at Everton which Del Bosque witnessed. If this was a competitive game then no, but you never know.

 

That's true. Didn't he leave quite early from it? Think he was there for Michu primarily.
