We're incredibly annoyed and gutted that we lost that one and even though I don't think we deserved to lose the match, well done for you for getting the win. Kamara was a real livewire and got the fans up and is clearly going to be a crowd favourite, and then of course 1 goal in his last 17 games Grant Holt pops up with the winner It was a heartbreaking defeat but well done and good luck for the season
I think it's always harder to take when you lose right at the end. Is for me anyway. But unlucky, and thanks
Shogs - you are an absolute gent, and a benchmark for what should be a template for any aspirational proto-fan coming into the game. Manners maketh man. You're a well-mannered individual. See you next season.
I repeat the sentiments expressed by Worf. Absolutely agree! Care to teach the QPR fans some manners please?
Well played Norwich! I don't think you were realistically in the relegation battle before todays game, but those are a big 3 points that you've picked up today and move you to within touching distance of safety with 11 games still to play! As you are all but there, you may as well go out and beat Villa, Reading, Wigan and Sunderland on you way, with a little off day when the Saints come to visit. Thanks in advance
Back to the OP, I have to say Everton were unlucky, Shogs, and didn't deserve to lose but the game is about goals, as we found out the week before against Fulham. Keep playing like that, though and the Toffees will be back in the top 5 by the end.
shogs bor, liked your splendid review before yesterday's result. Yep, you summed it up succinctly why Everton are not held in high regard by us Norwich fans. We have a saying: Forgive your enemies, but never forget their name. We certainly will not forget your despicable decision against Coventry. I have a high regard for Everton fans, but that decision still rankles us Canaries. Your club didn't gain anything, you still have to take that long trek to Carrow Road but you are welcome to go to Coventry if it means you dropping a few leagues!!! See you next season at Carrow Road, forgive us if we don't wish you success in your endeavours this season.
Kind words, shogs, and credit to you for coming on here so soon after the event. The Daily Fail has a picture which, I'm sure, sums up all of our (NCFC) feelings at the final whistle please log in to view this image
All the best mate, Everton were my granddads team so I have a lot of time for them. Easily one of the best teams I've seen play at Carrow Road in a while hard working, determined, athletic and play very neat football. One thing I will say is Everton need a world class forward Jelavic is good but I always think you need a player who can change games for you up there.
i thought motd never goes on iplayer cos of licensing? at least until next season when the deal changes.
I've not used it, but I read that it became available from the start of this season, but not till after the weekend!
http://www.footballorgin.com/2013/02/premier-league-bbc-match-of-day-motd_24.html also has whole game to stream. Good site. normally use it to watch MOTD every week at a more convenient time.
