If you write a post on the forum, and it is a particularly insightful post you can promote it to a full front page article by clicking on the option below your post. If we can get enough decent posts (turned into articles) we can get ourselves on NewsNow.co.uk to get access to much more traffic. In a similar fashion if you write something which is particularly funny or opinionated then you can click on the link below your post and turn it into a Blog posting for all your blog followers to see. Incase you havent noticed I have two usernames at the min, one without a space in it. I'm doing this to test what functionality a normal registered user has compared to admins.
You can also promote other people's posts to articles and blogs - if people start taking the piss promoting other peoples (or indeed their own) retarded posts to articles or blogs then we'll review this.
Does that mean we have to write some well-thought out stuff as well as the gibberish? I use NewsNow everyday for Celtic news and it would get us heaps of exposure if we were on it.
aye there are quite a few sites such as MonTheHoops.co.uk who are forum based but get their articles published on NewsNow, if we get enough articles published to make us look worthy of their site then they will add us.
I'll try and write some sensible stuff sometimes then. A polemic about the state of Scottish football or an investigation into why Hearts fans are such ****s.

I'm getting the newsbot active so that it will post the likes of BBC Sports stories automatically in the appropriate sections then we can talk about. Trying to think what news the general board would be interested in, probably Daily Mash and a bit of Graham Spiers.
