This guy truely is an arse of all proportion. Surely he realises that the Liverpool fans want league success and thus signing our players or hijacking players we are interested in will not help the club fulfil the ambitions of the fans.
Do they have a scouting network or do the just have a private detective following ours around. No go going there if he want's European football.

Spot on there Dai I would like to see us get the majority of our transfer business done before pre season starts, so that ML can use the time to bed in the new players.
Hopefully ML is shrewd enough to keep his main targets hidden with smoke n mirrors and throw a few false trails for brenda to follow !

Makes you wonder if Rodgers has any original thoughts floating around in his head. He adopted Martinez's style then took credit for it and has bought players from us after he left. Now this. He's not doing anything wrong of course, but it's rather pathetic.
Clubs have tens of targets, at least. They contact numerous agents. There are probably lots of clubs in England and Spain that have contacted either Celta Vigo or Aspas' agent. It's not like no-one has noticed him but Laudrup. Catch yourselves on, it's embarrassing. EDIT - also, as some of you noted last week... Rodgers is subject to a transfer panel. It's unlikely that he had anything to do with/sole control of Aspas being a target.
What's embarrassing is a Liverpool fan thinks he can go onto another board and give advice on transfers
Its all in the lap of the gods on who we get and who decides to leave...Its just not worth speculating what will happen and wait until our squad of players is announced by laudrup or whoever is the boss when the new season starts. The targets we have will also be on other teams targets and we may win the battle and we may not win the battle but as long as we dont go above our limit in transfer fee's and wage policy then i will be happy with that....Look how we found rangel,chico michu and our own davies.......so they are out there and we must find them and leave these high profile players that many teams want alone once we have reached our limit and let others pay to much for them.....we will be ok doing it our way without breaking the bank...
I don't think that story is true about Liverpool being in for him, he would not be a starter for Liverpool and he would just be a waste of good transfer money, he is also a bit of a fruitcake and Suarez will get jealous if he is not the number one fruitcake at the club.

Cant believe anything currently in the papers. To many journos fileing unsubstantiated fact and prophecy. If this is so then so what, Aspas was never our player so no gripes, any manager can sign any player at any time. Does seem that Brenda and others have us tagged though so we need to learn to become more devious in our search for Michu2.
I dont care who comes and who goes until the new season starts and we see who is still here and who has joined...there is nothing any of us can do whatever happens.....
