Entries now being taken for this fun game to allow for those of you who might be going on holidays over the next few weeks. Only ONE entry is required at start of season. Entries to date: 20 ENTRIES can be taken up to NOON on August 3rd ======================================================== HOW IT WORKS and RULES You are requested to select the TOP SIX teams and the POINTS they will end up with at the end of the CHAMPIONSHIP season. Only 1 RULE this season – the 6th placed team you forecast MUST be 70 points or MORE. (Average 6th place team over many seasons is around 72/74pts) SCORING is simple …1 point for every point you are away from the final totals of each team. If you forecast WIGAN to get 80 points and they get 90 you score 10 points. OR… if they get 78 you score 2 points. It might help in deciding how to develop your own totals for this season. ============================================================ WEEKLY UPDATES (after 4 weeks into the season) For a bit of fun regular weekly updates are posted after about 4 weeks into the season, based on the current league tables at that time. Season projected points are estimated based on points per game at that time. ( A very silly thing to do !) You can keep track of how you are doing throughout the season.
