Why isn't Wenger getting criticised for keeping Szczesny on, he clearly got knocked out yet Wenger allowed him to play on? Hypocrites.
I wanted to post this yesterday, but I thought I'd wait for the media fallout before commenting. There has been no media fallout. The media are gooners, as we already knew.
He looked to be out stone cold, all be it for a couple of seconds. Their medical staff and Wenger learnt from what happened last week and were careful not to imply or even mention the 'C' word.
They kept Chesney on the ground until he was fit to move where as Lloris got onto his feet in his eagerness to carry on before he had totally recovered. The things we teach the goons...
He looks spark out in the video. He also doesn't to break his own fall which is a fairly sure sign, the only difference appears to be that AVB took responsibility for the decision whilst Wenger distanced himself from it pushing the doctors into the limelight. It's funny how all these journos/pundits who were experts in head injuries just a few days ago are now no longer so sure of themselves now AVB can't be blamed.
I agree with the point...but there is also the point of why AVB slated those criticising him and the medical team because he decided that lloris could continue to play on the day but yesterday admitted that medical advice meant he couldn't play a week later. Surely that suggests it was a mistake to keep him on last sunday.
He was sparko for a few seconds, just like our own Lloris. Although I'm not sure the amount of seconds makes that much difference. Szczesny rightfully played on. This thread is about hypocracy and media bias.
Haha, he probably quite enjoyed the end of that game not having a clue what was going on or what he was doing.
Lloris and Sczczczczesny supposedly get knocked out and stay on. Vidic doesn't get knocked out, but goes off. What's the world coming to?
Double standards? In the British media? I won't stand for such slanderous innuendo! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm trying to find the episode of Panorama that exposes how the BBC pocketed £150m of Comic Relief cash...
I guess Wenger has him well insured and is probably going to get shot of him at the end of the season anyway.
