Seems Rodney Marsh tweeted in july last year that if Hull City do not relegated he will eat a photograph of his own hat ?
Can anyone who has access to tweeting remind Marsh of his promise and ask him when it will be taking place ?

I think that he will be aware of it as it's been retweeted and it will come up as one of his mentions or notifications on the site. Marsh is just a very lazy and uninformed rentagob

It's pure ignorance and arrogance, simple as. Every year I can guarantee nearly every pundit will say the 3 promoted teams will be relegated despite the fact this NEVER happens. The exception is if a 'big club' ie one they know such as West Ham gets promoted. Next season they will all to a man say Burnley will go down but if QPR come up most will back them to stay up cos of loveable old 'Arry. Obviously the fact he relegated them last time is overlooked....

Most EPL club's fans think it too, my point is lets make sure we dont become those fans eh?

    Totally agree.

    For the record I reckon Leicester, Burnley and whoever wins the play off will finish bottom three;

    18. Leicester
    19. Burnley
    20. Play off winner

    In that order as well.

As they are now you maybe wouldn't be far off are they currently any better than the bottom three at present ? However neither was we make a few canny signings and they could stay up easy.

Just send talksport a message. Marsh normally appears on the 10pm-1am Sports Bar show with Andy Goldstein and Jason Cundy.

Both Goldstein and Cundy are having to shave there heads as they said back then that Liverpool would not finish in the top 4. So that is 3 of them.

I heard them speak to Brendan Rogers, he is going to do it himself for charity or something (not to his own head of course). Similarly, they should get Bruce to go visit Marsh and ram a top hat down his throat

He also made a promise to Stoke fans...........

The former England striker Rodney Marsh is to clean the boots of every Stoke City player as a forfeit for losing an online argument with supporters.

Marsh tweeted in November he would "drive to Stoke and personally clean every players boots" if they were shown first on Match of the Day.

Stoke's 3-2 win over Chelsea was top of the programme's bill on 7 December.

The boots he cleans at the Clayton Wood training ground on 29 April will be signed and auctioned off for charity.

Marsh, who now lives in America said: "Last year I said that Stoke were too boring to be first on Match of the Day and I got a lot of pelters from fans.

"I offered this forfeit to the fans after they came back at me. I keep thinking 'why didn't I keep my mouth shut?'"

Lol. Oh yes. I would pay good wonga to see Bruce do that.

Rodney Marsh was a great player but is a rubbish pundit. Tells good stories though as an after dinner speaker.
