    DMD EDIT

    Thread...

I thought being brave was risking your life in a heroic deed, like saving a child from a burning house.
I didn't know surviving was couragous.

I suggest you look up the word brave and the different ways it can be applied. At the same time you could check the spelling of courageous.

I nominate you as **** of the year

You should hang your head in shame

I have met a number on youngsters fighting some awful cancers and I have never met anyone as brave as some of them.

I would rather go into a burning building then go through the operations one girl went through on her brain in her fight against brain cancer which she was diagnosed with age 12...she died age 14 .

She was so brave and courageous .

    ****ing idiot !!

I know we should make allowances for Patty, as he's obviously not quite a full shilling, but this one is particularly shameful.

I'm not one for whinging but I think it's in the best interest to close this thread.

It's already resorted to name-calling (of which I'm guilty I might add).

I can't see what possible benefit it will bring to the forum.

    Over to the Mods.

Imagine laid in a hospital bed at 12 years old knowing any minute now you going to have part of your skull cut open and an operation to have a huge tumour cut away from your brain ..not knowing if you will survive or wake up brain damaged

Not only did the person In question do that she was all smiles to her parents at the time .

That is without doubt outstanding bravery .

I couldn't have done it I would have found it easier to top myself.

There's young people out there far braver then I could ever be.

I'd rather run into a burning building .

I’ve wrote on this forum before that Patty is the most inept ‘person’ that I’ve ever come across on the internet.

I’m not one for ‘running alongside the van banging on the sides’ but he shouldn’t be allowed to forget this.

By all means humour or look after the stupid, but never give them a shred of power, never.
