    The Pot Black music was played by Winifred Atwell, an incredibly gifted pianist. Having played the piano to a fairly good standard as a youth, I can attest that this peice is very difficult to play indeed, especially at Winifred's tempo, ragtime was meant to be played slowly, but people always played it too fast.
