U19R VDS - That night in Wembley , almost perfect. Fabio started before Rafa in the final coz he is that bit better defensively. I guess you agree with me that Nani is a better RW than Valencia . Sadly, Valencia is only right footed. When Berba and Rooney played together who was the out-and-out? Fletcher 5/10? Also your ratings indicate that Hernandez - Rooney has the same effect as Berba - Rooney?
The low scores reflect how little they played. Fletcher was absent for a good portion of the season and was almost invisible when he did play.
Are you asking me how good i think the player/ Their ability is or how good their last season was. For example Owen would get at most 4 for his last season, but on ability i would give him about 6.5? Also Rooneys poor start would be taken into account in one not the other. Edit: actually dont worry. Ill do both
GK- VDS 10/10 almost perfect (legend and saved so many certain goals last season despite an ever-changing defence) RB - Rafael 7/10 (first half of the season was impressive but showed his inexperience at times, great prospect) RB - Fabio 7.5/10 (came in later than his brother but seems a lot more calm and controlled. Attacks just as well as Rafael) LB - Evra 6 / 10 ( poor season by his high standards, probably hasn't recovered properly from the world cup) CB - Vidic 8.5/10 (rock solid at the back. He and rio are the best CB pairing in the world. Looked awkward at times when paired with someone else) CB - Rio 8/10 (plagued by injury again, but when he played was seen as one of the best centre-halfs in the world) CB - Evans 5/10* (the arrival of smalling has stopped him getting the automatic back-up role, form has dipped but potential is still there) CB - Smalling 7.5/10* (great player and looks a ready replacement for Rio when he retires. When paired with Vidic a few mistakes crept in) RW - Nani 8.5/10 ( Started off like a house on fire and excelled on the right flank. Form dipped at end of the season which made him miss out CL) RW - Valencia 7.5/10 ( the injury damaged us as a team and we were weaker for it. He came back as if never out and showed why we missed him) LW - Nani - 7/10 (not as good as he is on the right. nuff said) LW - Park - 6/10 ( Park's role - run. and he does it well) LW - Giggs - 6.5/10 ( Still shows class, even at this age. More suited to be in the middle now though. Was outclassed in every way by Barca.) CM - Carrick 7/10 ( Has a fluctuating level of performance. His game against Chelsea was outstanding and then he goes missing) CM - Giggs 6.5/10 ( Looks effective and creative through the middle, but is not what we need there. As i said, outclassed by Barca.) CM - Anderson - 6/ 10 (HE SCORED! WOOO! Had his best season for us and looks good for next year.) CM - Flecher - 5/ 10 ( Missed him and doesn't look himself. Showed glimpses of why he is so important.) CM - Gibson 5/10 ( Has potential but is struggling to realise it. No more wonder-goals but a half-way through ball to berbs showed what he could be) SS - Rooney 8/10 (poor start to the year but performed brilliantly in his new role. Needs to score goals again as he was at the end of this year) CF - Hernandez 8/ 10 (great player and will become a better one. Movement is top class as is his finishing. He is a reincarnation of our ole) CF - Rooney 6.5/10 (did. not. score. goals) CF - Berbatov 9/10 (berbaclass. Showed touches of brilliance and scored loads. Unfortunately, these were not spread out and he needs consistency) CF - Owen 6/10 ( Didn't get a lot of gametime but looked ok when he did. Needs to be hanging round and teaching hernandez more and more.)
