Chaps, There has been a plethora of discussions regarding our posters on the Gn board (and theirs on ours!!!) and the disruption it is causing to the site - basically turning it into a full-time slanging match. Now I am more than guilty of this myself, but in my defence my only problem was with their Mod Pikie (of which we have turned over a new leaf) and his double standards. Anyhoo, moving forward - can we please keep the wind-ups on the Gn board to a bare minimum? We all know they lack a sense of humour and cannot engage in banter, so lets leave the sensitive little souls to it. The usage reports tell us that any wum thread on our board will get all the eyeballs it needs and reach the desired audience, but if they respond on our board then they only have themselves to blame. Of course, it probably wont stop Steevee/EYES/Michigan/Pikie/Vela/Samirwhatever/Sirtfirebollox, etc posting inane drivel on here everyday but we can live in hope eh?! Hopefully working together will make this site better for everyone! Remember - if you have any issues with a poster that can't be resolved feel free to PM myself or the Colonel. Peace out
its good to have the odd goon on our board...i suppose the 'odd goon' means all of them...but you kno what i mean......for that happy bashing session we usually have at least once a day

I'm going to compliment them to get the love-in started: I hope Arsenal keep Fabregas or get the asking price for him. (Whichever the majority of their fans want). Also, I quite like the chant they have for Arshavin (the 5 foot 4 one.)
Not so much a wum in mine - just that Steevee is one of their worst wums but a pretty decent fellow, it's just nice to remind him of who is SUPERIOR
Does your boss not have anything to say to you about this?! I'm not really fussed, I don't go on the Goon board and the ones that come here don't usually last very long.
I've got no problem with any member / mod on this forum. Of course sometimes our views will differ, but this should not be mistaken for wumming. I truly hope that we can draw a line under this unnecessary tit for tat nonsense and actually get down to discussing football without the accusations flying around All the best. Piskie
For me, visting the Goon board is like watching them on the box. Something I would rather not do. I think the mods do a pretty good job of keeping the WUMs in their box here (Xhammer failed spectacularly.) If they come here though, they have to expect a kicking, although a couple of them have actually contributed to threads in an almost productive way. I guess we shall see.
