Well in Vettel's hands that Ferrari looks by far the quickest car on track. I guess it depends how much Hamilton is holding back.
28 laps to go - is it worth Seb putting on a new pair of softs now that he has the RBR two stop covered? Surely he'd be enormously faster than Hamilton, who will have to do 50 laps on these if he goes to the end? Not sure if he'd be 30+ seconds faster though lol
So looks like Bottas is coming into play for this race now, if he can keep his pace up it'll cover off the two stoppers.
Until Verstappen passes Kimi Hamilton is safe. I guess they can't pit till Vettel does but then Vettel can't really afford to pit any more. They're all blocking each other strategy wise. ... There's Vettel, might as well box Hamilton now.
There are faster guys than Bottas. I think he got overrated when Williams were 3rd fastest out of the box in the new regs in 2014. Nice enough guy and not a bad driver, but he isn't going to cause Lewis many headaches. It's horrible to see Alonso powerless when you have the likes of Raikonnen and Bottas being pretty average in the two best cars on the grid.
