pff, it took losing our half our midfield and both our strikers for 2-3 months for you to catch up and overtake us
hard to call this year, Maureen has he most to prove, worst ever defence of a title (so far) and he couldn't see how to change it. Yes he's splashed another **** tonne of cash but Man U have proven over the last few seasons that buying your way there isn't as easy as it was. Jury is out on Guardiola, managing Barcelona and Bayern isn't on par with managing in the EPL. Klopp has some good sound bites, but where did they end up last season? Not much different to where they were going under Brenda, mid table obscurity. Yes they got to the Europa, and lost, much like Fulham and Middlesboro. Chelsea, half their first choice defence lost their legs a couple of seasons ago. As for Trotterham
Little Ern, your post was going so well until you let your bias get the better of your intellect. Shame.
If there is an outstanding side in the league this season, one that really stands out and captures the imagination of the neutral, it's likely to be either spurs or liverpool. But they'll probably both fall short and it'll be back to the dire flip flopping of the usual big money favourites, trading places and failing to pull away from each other.
It's early days, obviously, but it looks more and more like there will be fewer 'easy games' for anybody. The Prem has so much money now all its clubs can afford good quality players and coaches. Could be a very close run thing this year!...
I told you earlier Liverpool have a good squad and beat Arsenal quite easily without a recognised striker. This is why they will be challenging, like it or not you're wrong to dismiss them so lightly.
