    My guess is both are probably safe for different reasons. Tisdale due to the cost of getting rid. Believe he is well paid and severance would cost a bomb for them. Ainsworth because the results have improved a lot. He was advocating rubish and they were losing so he changed it. Plus they had a load of injuries as have Exeter.
