Any pessimists out there?

    I must admit I prefer the bleak outlook peppered with a resultant magnified joy approach, but recently I can't help but feel optimistic before every game. I never felt like this under Phelan, even when we won those opening games.

    You'll park the bus looking to catch us out with a ball over the top looking for the pace of Gray to exploit big 'Arry. We will look for an early goal to push your back four up to the halfway line instead of penalty area,if that doesn't happen we will pass the ball around all day and look good until we hit a brick wall. . Arguably 0-0 written all over this fixture. Your back four v our new attacking prowess...mmm? jumpers for goalposts again methinks.

    Actually I'm a really positive person generally

    I just use City as my fix for a bit of pessimism! ;)

    I remember reading a Burnley forum after the first game and your lot thought we were the better side that day. Certainly Phelan and others came away disappointed we didn't get a win.
