Jon.....not sure if I can stomach it. There's a couple of people there I find it difficult to share a room with.
The anger and frustration that builds up inside me is not good for my blood pressure!

Jon reading NHs report do you think there was a little dig at you when he commentated that other clubs come in if they think there is investment to be had as nothing has so far materialised

I enjoyed the SC meeting - really enjoyed chatting at length privately with DC who continues to impress with his no nonsense chats and NH spoke well in fairness and said all (i believe) he could - some good questions and interesting answers and as usual met and chatted to well informed people who love this club - my analysis: Well if i'm honest i actually feel quite good about Rovers future whichever way it may turn - thank you to all those who who attended especially the Supporters Club who really do a good job for free

PS on the consortium front Question of the night came from Geoff Dunford:

Geoff: "Nick have you signed any confidentially agreements with prospective investors?"
Nick: " Yes around a dozen but they are open ended and we could have talked with them any time in the last few years as they are infinitum"
    Geoff: " Signed any recently?"
    Nick : "Yes"

(not exact words so i am not quoting exactly what was said only vaguely what i recall but can assure you pretty acurate)

Off top of my head other points raised/answered so don't be hard on me!

NH - Court case either 26/27th Jan with 3 judges
NH - All or nothing case - Win - get circa £35 (inc costs etc) Lose - Get fukk all
    NH - Confident of winning
NH - If lose there is a Plan B but will not go into details
NH - The AVG thingy shouldnt be a problem
NH - The contract with UWE has elapsed
NH - Have been approached by at least 12 interested parties
BB - Shop takings well up
BB - we're going to Sabadell and fun shall be had by all

DC -GK position is a massive concern
DC -2 players have deals for next season
DC -Rotation of squad will continue as its his way
DC - Still demanding his players get top 7 finish
    DC - 154 corners 1 goal I'm gutted!
DC - Lines gets drawn back too often/Ellis just needs a clip round ear now and again/New lad (ginger) could do well/We're so close to being a good side/Fine margins/ Get the bloody beers in!

    UTG - JTS

    Thanks Jon.

But what does the UWE contract elapsing mean? Does planning permission need to be got again? Or just a new contract negotiated? Or something else?

CJ it basically means we don't have exclusive rights to build UWE anymore - if someone else pops over with the full funding it COULD be theirs to build!

Jon is Geoff Dunfords question relating to your original post about the new consortium do you think.

I asked Marcus Stewart about Lee Nichols staying on and his answer was very non committal and I get that impression about DCs comment as well

Hi OT - Yes Geoff gave me a look :emoticon-0105-wink: prior to the meeting and this all but confirms a group/s are looking to takeover the club - regarding Nicholls i think DC said he goes back Dec 12th and is unlikely to return

I am sure that DCs comment about Lee Nichols will make a lot off people very happy but I'm not one of them

So we find ourselves in a position where we win the court case so Sainsbury's have to pay up and buy the Mem and someone else set up camp on the UWE land leaving us homeless?

Well its possible yes - in My opinion unlikely though as a football club there is needed to Make it viable and we are lucky we still have a trick or two up our sleeves

DC is indiscreet. Some things are better left unsaid. He too readily opens up to anyone
willing to listen. Some see it as honesty. I see it as naivety and, in the past, disloyalty.

I have heard some supporters slate Lee Nichols, every goal we concede is his fault but if he doesn't have the support and backing of his manager that is not going to increase his confidence and inspire his performances so please Gasheads give him your support for the rest of his time with us
