back to basics 1 who should be the team captain on the field

    All arguments etc on here revolve around playing well then losing it ... chucking points away lack of leadership etc etc etc
    so basically someone needs to have the authority and drive to keep the team cohesive when we get in front or drive them to equalise or win

    W H O do you think that should be... really you need to name 3 ( cover for the number 1 number 2 )

    On field captain ........
    Deputy on field captain ......
    Third choice .........

    this is ON FIELD NOT CLUB captain

    I can't answer John, because of what I've seen on the pitch I don't see any, maybe on the training field it's different..
    You could make Tomlin feel special and give it to him.....not sure it would work though

    On field captain ..........................Wright
    Deputy on field captain .............. Flint
    Third choice ............................... O'Neil
    Flint is a mainstay in our defence and whilst I would not put him first, assistant would be good for him and the team
    O ' Neil ... game time is key that's why I put him third place

    Wilbs has been a masterful player for us, SINCE HIS GAME TIME HAS GONE DOWN WE HAVE FARED FAR WORSE? ..... but that is the nature of the beast ...football.
    likely wont get another contract ... a shame ... maybe given a coaching role, but what happened to WE ... Elliot was well liked knowledgeable ! did he leave because he was a threat to LEE BEING I/C OF THE U21'S ?....

    Our best player/leader earlier this season.
    Something's happened and aint anything to do with injury.

    pick your best 11, then chose a captain, simple, either that or whoever the ball belongs to is captain it worked at school.
