The best BBQ food I ever ate was in a place in Stockyards in Fort Worth Texas. The brisket fell apart and the ribs were about a foot long each.
Totally agree. I use a mix of smoker, charcoal and gas. I prefer in direct cooking with smoke. I can't get my ribs right. I have gone back into dry rubs, rather than a wet marinade.
My water smoker arrived yesterday I can't wait to try it out. Any recommendations of what to try first.
