He was a very good player, certainly for Denmark. And only a 28 year old free agent. Be happy to have that class if he's still got it in him, and If he'll take what we can offer him within our Budget.
Overweight in body and head! Slow and big striker (we have one of those already, methinks) No thank you
A very talented young footballer in his day - Has also put in some stellar performances for his country, most notably scoring a recent double against Italy in qualifiers. Is a derided individual here in Denmark, absolutely no respect is held for him. Even though he is still the best Dane in his position, all Danes are happy for him to be no where near the squad. Alas, he is more than happy with the fortune he amassed through Arsenal who paid him over 60K a week for many years. Let's look at this slightly objectively: Arsenal couldn't get him to focus, Sunderland couldn't get him to focus, Juventus thought he was an arse and Wolfsburg wouldn't play him even though he scored 1 a game for them in the few matches he played. With our track recored with this type - what do we have in our tool box that could unlock this guy's attitude? An absolute no go for me I'm afraid - much prefer this honest approach lark.
I'm not too sure about that, Crouch is 36 and reminds me of Lee Cook in his affection for us. £10k a week would be sufficient I'd imagine
I am so glad Bendtner read my private message to him...all is said was "QPR told me they wanted you...you must ask for £40,000". Wow that was a narrow miss
#QPR have Today offered Bendtner a contract offer! #TransferWindow #QPR Please tell me this is some Twitter rubbish?
