    I personally would like to see a manager like Howe in the job. Steady Eddie!

    Or anyone who realises that the 4-2-3-1 formation is becoming useless - especially when it means playing most of the proven scorers like Vardy out on the bleedy wings rather than partnering Kane!

    Oh and please drop Hart when Butland is back...
