At £32.50 a ticket, I can see Mr Allam being a very disappointed man.

Don,t think you realise how popular JLS are. £32.50 a ticket. Going rate. It depends how many localised shows they are doing. Still lets be negative about Hull as soon as possible eh.

I mean what do the Allams know about business that you can not teach them.

    Negative.

e18 JLS are only popular with 5 year old girls. I can't see mny 5 year old girls being able to afford £32.50.

Not negative. A realist. If you take an average family of 4 who want to go, thats £130 before you've even left the house. Take into consideration food, drink, programmes, merchandise the kids will nagg for, in a situation as the economy is in at the moment with unemployment at a high, I think people will be forced to think twice before going. As a patriot of our fine city, I hope i'm proven wrong as the financial benifits could be huge, but I just think the tickets are a tad steep.

The tickets are stupid to pay more for a crap girl band than a football match but without a doubt they will be snapped up by teenage girls who think football is over priced, and since Allams get the money, that's a good thing!

The average family do not go to JLS. How much for the average family to go and see Leeds Utd for one game. Its all relative.

All I am saying is dont call something in this city before the event.

it's about right for a major pop act and how many mothers sat and watched the x factor with their kids who will also love to go see JLS. I'm not a fan personally but it's a start and if enough people go maybe we can actually get some decent live music to the KC in the future. i'm sick of travelling to leeds or sheffield and when a decent act comes to hull they play at ice arena which holds a very limited number of people

This is far from my theme but its a start. Prices today for most things are ridiculas. Believe me I was not happy paying 30 odd quid for my 7 year olds new City shirt.

Bet you it will sell out. Like all their other shows have. Ok so they may only appeal to teenage girls. But Cliff Richard onlt appeals to old women (I hope) and Status Quo only appeal to 50+ men (like on these boards). Very rarely will a music act appeal to everybody. But it doesn't stop them being successful. SO pipe down you boring old bastards.

I've no problem with who plays at the KC.

Most would have paid more to see some premiership games and its £1.00 more then the Ipswich ticket ive bought.

If it brings cash into the area and lines or owners pocket fine by me.

If you dont like them or who's next at the KC dont go......simple
