Bit of a naive question

How do transfers work.

 

Ad players are scattered throughout the world. Does a club staff actually have to be present at signing?

 

I thought I once knew mate. players are all over the place this week with the international games coming up.

 

There's no set structure to how a transfer has to go from A through to Z.

 

We normally become stuck at B.

 

Well you put it on your arm apply a bit of water then peel the backing off and hey presto the water makes the transfer stick to your arm
