Yes exactly he's a dour Scots man so give him the benefit of the doubt - he had alot to organise and assess but he can organise playing styles and I think our youngsters will fill in the gaps in the short term at least - I'm being positive -KTF (sorry Keep The Faith ) -

 

We are short in numbers i agree. But imo there is a good team in among them. Getting that team to play regulary maybe a bit of a snag.

 

Think Moyes football team organisation will get it working - Everton were so well organised and I really feel our young players will step up to the premiership mark (not saying anymore as being too positive ain't good for us Sunderland fans )

Im kind chilled about it. I see a damn good defence. If Kirchoff and Ndong can get an understanding that could be topper. Defoe will score if we can sort out a supply to him. Januzaj and Khazri need to perform.

 

I'm happy we're making progress, under the fairly tumultuous close-season shenanigans & crazy injury levels all of a sudden.

Loads of **** out and off the books.

In nets we're obviously short but big faith in Jordan, and hopefully not too long for Mannone back. When he does get back, I expect him to struggle to get his place back.... if ever. Get Schwarzer in as free agent now, he'll help develop Jordan and give back-up needed short-term.

Defence looking much stronger, despite Kaboul disruption, with cover for ANC exits in Jan. Moyes played a blinder on Kone. Proper choice of athletic beasts at the back who can play a bit. We might even see 3 at the back with our choices.

Midfield good, better with NDong and Piennar. With Yann in Jan, much better still for 2nd half of season (and cover for Scling). Just got to get Kirchoff fit, Catts back, develop Gooch and figure out what we do with Rodders and McNair - midfield or CBs ?

Up front we're light, which is a risk. Get Januzaj and Khaxri firing, develop super-sub Watmore's game and supply Defoe. Develop Asoro, get Borini back..... and Bendtner must be a reality as free agent?

I see Januzaj as Lens replacement, and lets be honest we ain't gonna miss lazy Lens.

Lots of good youth chomping at the bit.
