Now with the distraction of cups over for this season the Chairboys can concentrate on the league and their push for promotion and first up is a short trip to Hertfordshire to take on the Boro at Broadhall Way who sit 7 points and places below ourselves having played one game more and we will need to be at our best to get a result. Having rested a number of players in midweek Gaz will have fresh legs available with Dom Gape, Sam Wood and Scott Kashket all likely to return the starting line up along with the Beast, Alex Jakubiak could also feature but Pierre is a major doubt along with Hayes, Paris could make the bench. This will be my third away game in 2017 and lets hope its third time lucky as we need to consolidate our position in the table with seven games in the next three weeks five of them away from Adams Park so I hope there will be a large turnout of Chairboys all getting behind the lads and making all the noise as the 12th man helping the lads return home with all three points
Yes Ron but I'm sceptical about any news about our injuries as Ainsworth keeps it close to his chest before games
Pierre plays! Looks like a 4-4-2 with The Beast and Kashket up front and Saunders,Onien,Wood and Gape in midfield.
At least we won't be time wasting now I'll need to find something else to watch tonight as i won't be watching Football On 5
Oh ffs! Weston comes on as sub and lasts 5 minutes going off holding his hamstring. What else can go wrong today?
A very poor show from the lads very disappointing on a very cold afternoon Stevenage haven't forgotten their dark arts we didn't have any arts but special praise to the 658 throughly peed off and cold Chairboys who wasted their Saturday afternoon I expect there to be at least 500 fewer at Crewe on Tuesday
Ron stated earlier in the thread that it couldn't be any worse than the first half against Cov. You were wrong!!!!! £22 to get in to the ground and watch that drivel - I was talking to Guywanderer on the way back to the car about applying to the club for a refund. That was one of the most inept performances I have seen for some time and so unlike Wycombe of late. Only decent thing was he cost of a pint in the Stevenage bar before the game - in hindsight, we should have stayed in there! Onwards and upwards......I hope
